Automating admin is the most requested AI feature by UK Doctors we have spoken to (NHS and private)
We are building a suite of features allowing AI to automate as much as possible of the administration before, during and after consultations with Doctors and medical staff.
At the forefront of what we are building includes AI powered E-Triage Service, designed to streamline the patient journey right from the initial point of contact, as well as AI Automated Document Processing System, tackling the significant administrative workload burdening medical personnel (both in GP offices, secondary care facilities, and hospitals).
Primary care averages 5.33 hours per day doing admin, leaving 2.67 hours per day actually dealing with patients.
2/3 of primary care work is admin, rather than seeing patients. If AI can halve this admin, it would meaning double the time with patients.
